Horrible customer service. After 6 years of owning the jeep, it started giving me issues. They could not find a code so after three breakdowns and tows, the service manager tol After 6 years of owning the jeep, it started giving me issues. They could not find a code so after three breakdowns and tows, the service manager told me “ nothing is wrong with your car, you are wasting my time, go to cherry hill jeep, you don’t know how to drive”. I have the issue on video and pictures, he refused to look at. Additionally, prior to that jeep giving me issues, I purchased another at the same dealer in April, certified, pre owned. (About the 12th jeep in the family) took it in to different dealer for service closer to my home because the rear hatch and stop/ start feature was not working only to be told it is not covered under the certified warranty! Have reached out to dealer, area manager, owner, Chrysler and Stallantis. Still no call backs! More

It was drawn to my attention i was a bit harsh. Parking is a premium there when you go to look at cars. Would have liked a little more time to have the car features explained but that is what the internet is for, right? So all in all it was a decent experience, would i go there again? Most likely no for the distance. They do have lots of cars and lots of personnelto help you out. :o) More
