We had a great experience at Scheopp Motors-Northeast. We contacted them about a vehicle around noon and left the dealership with our new (to us) Explorer by 5:30 pm. Overall, I’m satisfied with my transaction at this dealership. We had a bit of a bump in the road when the car we traveled 500 miles to buy, showed some unexpected codes when a diagnostic scan was ran dealership. We had a bit of a bump in the road when the car we traveled 500 miles to buy, showed some unexpected codes when a diagnostic scan was ran. The dealership assured me that they would stand behind my purchase, but it felt like they were hesitant to spell it out in writing. I had to ask them to accurately record it on the sales contract at least 4 different times. Eventually I got what I wanted from them and proceeded with the purchase. Thankfully everything seems to have been worked out, and I won’t need to test the contract language. More
