I've never had a smoother experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership before! I found my "new to me" 2022 Ram 1500 on a 3rd party site and reached out to the staff at Don Mealey. The Internet team (Marcel Williams & Briana Solares) got me an appointment schedule over the weekend. Upon walking in, the entire staff was amazing! My primary salesperson was Joseph Perez. He was AWESOME! There was no back and forth haggling or sneaky dealer sales tactics. Everything was straight forward. I was pre-approved through my credit union and after learning the dealership also works with my credit union, the process was seamless! The Sales Managers (JC Harrelson & Rodney Allen) were extremely helpful. I can't forget to mention Josh Tojek in finance. He finalized everything for me and went through all the details. Throughout the process, Joe and I looked at numbers and I put a deposit down on a car in transit that took probably a Month and a half to come in. Throughout the process, Joe and I looked at numbers and worked most of the deal out before hand. The only outstanding item was my trade since we couldn't deal with that until the new car had been received. I have purchased a lot of cars in my past. I have made some good deals and some really bad deals in my younger years. As I purchase a car, I look for any signs of dealership dishonesty, pressure tactics or trying to slide something past me. Fast forward to the end and they were true to everything we spoke about and didn't try to slide anything past me. They did have a mandatory ceramic coating and interior protection. To be honest, I was going to get the car ceramic coated after the purchase, so I didn't push back on that. From start to finish, the deal went completely as I expected and I believe they were honest upfront about everything. With the market the way it is, I was very concerned about dealer markups and "market adjustments". I looked them up on markups.org which was clear and that was the truth. The entire process from start to finish went great. Dealing with Joe and and Joseph Anthony in Finance was a pleasure as was the rest of the staff at Don Mealey. If you are looking for an honest dealership that doesn't play any games, look no further. More
