A little late writing this, I leased my Acura Integra in June 2025. Joe was very helpful when I came to look at new Acura's. His customer service did not just end with the sale. I have reached out to him via text at least 10 times since I got my Integra and he has quickly responded and gone above and beyond to help me! Joe was the best salesman I have ever worked with. No scams, no upselling, just honesty and integrity! There was also a guy in the finance department, I think maybe his name was Justin. My credit is not great, but not bad, I have high income though and I was having some issues with the lender I had on my Toyota I was trading in. He worked for 3 hours advocating for me and got it taken care of. Truly a great experience overall! More

Tom the manager. Dustin the salesman and Justin in a finance. 10/10 experience and we didn’t even buy an Acura! Tried going to Honda next door and had no luck with their management. D***head to be honest, tried to bend us over on a lease turn in which was our 3rd Honda through that dealer. The staff at Acura went above and beyond, they were polite, personable, laid back and not pressuring. I think it speaks for itself when the staff from a different brand out performs said brand on their own product and customer service skills. Seems like Honda Motorworld Wilkes Barre needs some new leadership! With that being said, go see the guys at Acura, they can sell any brand on the lot! More
