She had the vehicles that we were interested in all set up and ready for us to look over and test drive. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and very friendly as well. The paperwork and finance process went very smoothly as there were no surprises, everything was very transparent. The dealership was very clean, spacious and orderly. We were there less than 2 hours. In that time we test drive 2 cars, signed the deal and paid through financing while the car was being detailed. Thank you team! I hope to work with you again in the future. More

I would have rated this Dealership with 5 stars except for one thing, that I'll mention at the end. Mia was the salesperson that helped me to determine the best vehicle for our family. I had visited the dealership once before we came into make a purchase. The first time she spent quite a bit of time with me as I tried to process the different models and options that were on the used car lot. I leff that day knowing that I wanted to buy a car through her. Before I came back, she kept in contact, at my request, to update me on new options and additional information on specific vehicles that we had discussed. The second day I brought my husband and son to test drive multiple vehicles that Mia had shared with me. She spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. When I asked a question that she didn't have the answer, she didn't make something up or try to deflect the question, she found the answer for me. I greatly appreciate her calm, pleasing, inviting personality as she made a connection with us. It truly felt like she wanted to help us make the right decision, not to push to purchase a car. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a vehicle! Joseph was the finance person that checked us out, and he too was easy to work with and patient with us. Even though he was the only one on site that could process the loans and was backed up, he spent the necessary time with us and we never felt like he was trying to get us out of his office. He made sure that every detail was correct and he is also greatly appreciated. The one downside was my experience on the first visit. I orginally was interested in purchasing a new vehicle and went to the new car lot. I walked around the lot and in the show room for about 20 minutes. Not one person spoke to me to ask me if anyone was already helping me or if they could help. I realize that I am an unattractive older woman that was there alone, but it left a sour taste in my mouth. In a nutshell, I'm happy with our purchase, but if the way I was treated at the new car lot had occured at the used car lot, we would not have bought a car there. Mia was the best part of our experience! More
