When Joe in finance informed me it would take a few days, he managed to get me an even better interest rate through their bank, which made the whole experience even better! Not only did the help me save money, but they were up front and honest the whole time. I haven't bought a car in 11 years, and was dreading doing it. Andre and Joe made it easy and painless. I did share with the rep my other possible options of dealerships I was looking at...the rep had to mention it to him, and he made unprofessional comments about what I could do...what I will not do is do business with this dealership!
