I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Joseph Jackson at Toyota of Cedar Park. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the various models available and took the time to understand my preferences and needs; this level of attentiveness helped me find the perfect car that matched my lifestyle. What stood out the most was his professionalism and transparency throughout the entire process. I truly feel like he provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed, which made the entire experience as stress-free as it could possibly be. Joe definitely went above and beyond by providing a highly personalized and enjoyable experience, making it evident that he genuinely cared about my satisfaction. More

We drove 43 miles to the dealership. Second worst experience ever! The salesman-whatever they are called these days-barely spoke during the test drive. I gave the dealership a lot of info before arriving to let them know I knew what I wanted and what it should cost, knowing that the dealership will make money. I know it is a “for profit” business. I went to a different dealer 2 days earlier, saw a similar vehicle, did a credit app, and the numbers were fresh in my head. This dealer had a similar vehicle, but nicer with less mileage and $600 less than the one from the other dealership. Yet the numbers were so much higher. After some back n forth, they had me initial the paper saying I’d agree to buy the vehicle. As soon as the sales fellow walked away, I did those numbers on my phones calculator and saw what I’d be paying, and I said “nope”. I had to ask for my keys three times… I hate that. The sales manager came out and said that I agreed to buy the vehicle and that my initials meant “I had to buy the vehicle” - as if it were a contract or something, at which point my wife and I laughed in disgust at them both and drove off. I’ve come to the conclusion that dealerships in general are “theft rings.” Auto dealerships are there to separate you from as much money as humanly possible. There should be more laws to protect consumers; laws with teeth. Toyota of Cedar Park is no exception. The sales manager’s attitude in particular was very course. We will NEVER go to there again. The funny thing is when talking to an internet sales person from the dealership… he was telling me all these nice wonderful things about the place. THEFT RING. I don’t recognized the names below. Joe, the internet sales guy was super nice. The rest of the experience, sucked. More

Joe Jackson sets the standard for what a car-buying experience should be. We had our eyes set on the perfect Sienna and Joe persevered for over a year on our behalf as we waited for it to become availa experience should be. We had our eyes set on the perfect Sienna and Joe persevered for over a year on our behalf as we waited for it to become available amid the global supply chain disruption, chip shortage, rapidly changing corporate strategy, etc. His proactive approach was refreshing. He consistently and proactively updated us with new information, even after months had passed since the last news. Joe was incredibly considerate of our time and needs, always finding a way to accommodate our schedule and constraints. Despite his friendly and welcoming demeanor, Joe was exceptionally professional. He struck a great balance: knowledgeable without being overbearing, and personable without crossing into the typical 'car salesperson' territory. His honesty was obvious—when faced with a technical question he didn't know, he didn't guess or bluff. Instead, he diligently researched and followed up with accurate information. In a world where exceptional service can be hard to find, Joe stands as a shining example of integrity, capability, and genuine care. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Cedar Park Toyota. Each experience has been great from walking in the door for the first time through any service I had completed. If I were to purchase another vehicle, I would go to Cedar Park Toyota and certainly want to speak to Joe. More

Horrible! Sold me a used vehicle that in 31 days after purchase the battery died, sold it to me with the wrong size tires on it. Before I even put 3,000 miles on it it needs new strut, brakes, fuel pump went out, has recall they didn’t have fixed and there are a few other things going on that I haven’t had diagnosed yet because now between car repairs and car payment I have no money left. Spoke to dealership both when battery died and when fuel pump went and they won’t do anything about it…. But will of course sell me a different car and put me in negative equity. Don’t go to them, they’re not honest and don’t care about their customers. More
