I’ve been going to the dealership for many years with all of my vehicles. The Buick GMC Brooksville store is top shelf. Donnie Pelham is my go to guy for everything and I love how he makes me feel like I’m t of my vehicles. The Buick GMC Brooksville store is top shelf. Donnie Pelham is my go to guy for everything and I love how he makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the dealership. Also a special shout out to the General Manager Joe Gyuricsko for the magnificent deal that he made on my new SUV. I still can’t believe the deal that he gave me. For the first time in many years I experienced the worst service ever! What should have taken maybe a half of a day, took almost 2 days and lots of issues. Mounting new tires on Corvette wheels is definitel service ever! What should have taken maybe a half of a day, took almost 2 days and lots of issues.
