I was contacted in a timely manner advising the completion of the task, along with a detailed email giving the breakdown prior to my arrival. Which was awesome especially if I had any questions or concerns prior to me picking up TWO thumbs up! I normally skip this process with reviewing my experiences...But this one here is just hard to pass over as GREAT SERVICE IS hard to come by. Sergiu attentive from drop off to pick up! A Big Spacibo(thank you) to Sergiu after servicing my Infiniti vehicle at Younger Nissan. Even though my tires we ordered were delayed in delivery Ser A Big Spacibo(thank you) to Sergiu after servicing my Infiniti vehicle at Younger Nissan. Even though my tires we ordered were delayed in delivery Sergiu did not fail to keep me updated on their status. After they finally arrived I was taken care of quickly and was given a loaner during the service. He was kind enough to upgrade the loaner to a more larger car even though it was just for a day. After their inspection, a laundry list of things found was not too much of a surprise for a 10 year old vehicle but the additional cost on top of “preformance special order tires” was not expected... fortunately he pointed out the important items which was more manageable and agreed to do the others at future oil changes. They were completed quickly as promised and I was back on the road without skipping a beat. I was even greeted by the Dealerships EVP Mike to make sure my experience was more than expected... I would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced by Younger! More

Received swift maintenance and valuable experienced feedback I've never had a bad service at Younger Nissan. I'm on my second car, family's fourth car from them. Joe took great care of setting up my service and getting me started. I had concerns with tire costs and how much tread was left. So I went to Doug to ask him for quotes. These gentleman go the extra mile and they will give you peace of mind before leaving. Keep up the good work guys. More
