The entire experience at Sayville Ford was perfect from start to finish. The finance guy Joe is a snake oil salesman. I went in to buy a $56,680truck. Ford's website showed $1,000 incentive and 1.9% financing. When I went to sign, he said the interest rate was 9.45%. I went in to buy a $56,680truck. Ford's website showed $1,000 incentive and 1.9% financing. When I went to sign, he said the interest rate was 9.45%. In order to get the 1.9% he had to add all kinds of extra's that brought the total to $64,705. That's $9,000 more! The extra's included a 3rd party warranty extension, free car washes, and other charges that I did not need. Total scam. I needed that particular truck so I signed. More
