They let a third party company try to talk you into filing an insurance claim for a windshield. These guys are the first person you encounter. I found that very off-putting. While your car is being serviced a salesperson will try to upsell you into a new car. I found this off-putting as well. It’s like they are preying on a captive audience. If you don’t want these sales pitches, tell the service advisor when you arrive that you do not want to be disturbed. Luke and Joe were cool, the rest of the customer experience was a big thumbs down. More
