I arrived for a 9:00 am service appointment for my Honda HR-V. I decided to see what was in the showroom. I was initially met by Mike who was very social and welcoming. An exercise in frustration, Joe doesn't communicate, doesn't keep one informed about the car, even when kept in the shop over a weekend or more. Does not return calls. It seems the dealership doesn't know much about EVs, from what he said there is only one person, and that one out of country. How Joe keeps his job is lost on me, perhaps because the dealership is not well run!? More
