This is our second purchase from KIA C&I and it couln’t have been smoother. Our range of Kia choices were clear, our questions were treated courteously and with respect. Our negotiation required patience, diligence & accomodation for our needs; Our specially loved AWD - EX 2020 Telluride trade in & our KiA loyalty were all acknowledged. Romeo our sales consultant was excellent. Guiding us from looking, analyzing, testing, buying & re-introducing us to Service Parts people (booked 1st appt & ordered the cargo cover). House manager Mike, Leandro in finance & the C&I family were all friendly, knowledgable & rapidly responsive. They all ensured rapid completion of steps in our purchase--payment to payoff of my tradeîn's loan; RMV registery,tag transfer & getting the necesary MA inspection & sticker seal onto the car.
