Hi Joe thanks for responding. I purchased a dodge Journey and was very unsatisfied had it for a week and took it back exchanged it for Jeep 2016 and was charged $6,000 after the salesman had told me that if I was unhappy with it to take it back. I took it back due to it smelling, and dirty never once did they say it was going to cost $6,000. Spoke to the GM and he said there was nothing he could do about if. so here I am with a brand new Jeep Cherrokee 2016 paying $39,000 for it. $6,000 of which was for taking the Dodge Journey home and being unhappy with it. At the end of the day I own up to my mistake but had your lying, conniving salesperson had told me it was going to cost $6,000 I would have never of swapped it. when I aske Joseph that I was better off keeping the smelly, dirty, old Journey he said well come pick it up. I said okay and he called me back saying sorry that has been SOLD... trust me I am 40 yrs old and I have to admitt this was a total NIGHTMARE that is still continuing... Found out today that Oklahoma tags are still not HERE this state only allows 30 days of which I stressed to Mike Valles about and he said Nah you have 60 days... Yeah, in the state of TEXAS that is!!! Here I am now having to pay penlty fees and I have left messages and NO ONE has called me back about where are these tags... That dealership is the worst place I have ever set foot in. NOT to mention how I was Threatened about "OHH, we have a Video" and everytime I asked lets sit and review of how I was told if unhappy bring the vechile back becasue we want you to be HAPPY!' A bunch of damn LIARS is what you have there. Ooh, lets not forget the stupid blank papers I signed in front of Mike Valles, and let's not forget the special discount that was never given too me via my employer Cargill. Again, I am very upset over this whole ordeal and regret ever going there to purchase a new car!
