Well I have purchased 3SUV’s and 1F150 all new and had a great experience. I did have a few recalls on all vehicles but who hasn’t, the service department was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, my great experience. I had to take my car back several times to be fixed for a recall , I ended up paying for rentals before I recv a loaner .
