He was very informative, never made me feel pushed or pressured, always understood when I said ‘No’ and most importantly he cared about my wants and needs as a consumer. He took so much time that he didn’t have to just to show and educate me on EVERY function of my car on the inside and how and where to set things up. Not only did Joe exceed my expectations but so did Stephan and Derek. Again, never pushy and very patient. They made me feel like the ball eas always in my court and they were there to help get me my wants and needs as much as possible with keeping my payment exactly where I needed it. Derek is very helpful in the finance department, down to earth and overall just wants you to make sure you get the best bang for your buck when it comes to an insurance/warranty on your vehicle.
