If I could leave zero stars I would! We went to the dealer to purchase a used car listed on their website. The sales person was polite and professional. I wanted to purchase the car, and We went to the dealer to purchase a used car listed on their website. The sales person was polite and professional. I wanted to purchase the car, and spent more than THREE HOURS trying to get a deal done. We did not haggle on the listed price, and asked for less than 10% more on a trade-in which was easily agreed to. Then came the “optional” extended warranty, which Nissan calls a Certified Warranty. They would budge, they discounted the price of the warranty repeatedly. Then when we still refused, they insisted we pay an extra to “recoup the cost of the certification”. We walked away, furious. Do not waste your time, unless you are ready to pay $1,000 above the listed price. More

Hostile salesperson The salesperson Joseph Aziz started screaming at my husband and I in the showroom after we decided not to move forward with a purchase of a vehicle. He got so hostile we actually had to call the police and have a police report filed. Would not recommend going to this dealership for allowing such emotionally unstable and hostile people represent their business.Will never return here again! More
