This Dealership went out of their way to procure the right car at the right price. However, more importantly was the sincere interest in caring for the purchaser. Between Joe Addimandi, John Contreras, and Jose Cordoza the purchase was a pleasant experience. The sales personnel mentioned even kept the Dealership open due to my daughter's being delayed in picking up the car. We could use a Toyota Dealership with personnel such as Curry Toyota down here on Long Island. More

Lack of attentiveness and regard for a tricky situation I had gone into Curry Toyota with a tricky situation with my current vehicle (negative equity and little financial flexibility), and met with Matt and I had gone into Curry Toyota with a tricky situation with my current vehicle (negative equity and little financial flexibility), and met with Matt and Phil. My first meeting with them was fantastic, however when it became apparent that I wasn't ready to immediately purchase a vehicle and needed to work through the process, their attentiveness stopped. I came in a second time to discuss a vehicle and a finance manager was fairly rude to me (forgetting my name while sitting down with me) and incredibly dismissive. I had spoken with another manager about a leasing option (again, still try to angle around the tricky situation I was in) but he was also dismissive to the point where I asked if he was interested in my business at all. He replied that he wants to sell me a car and I should think about what works for me, end of conversation. After a few weeks, I had a bit more room financially and was ready to make a decision, yet neither Matt nor Phil would return my calls. I would constantly be told they'd call me back, yet I wouldn't hear from them despite leaving messages that I was hoping to consider more options. Throughout the disappointing process, Michelle in Internet sales was always kind and helpful - I am appreciative of her assistance! I ended up going to DCH Toyota in Wappinger Falls and having an incredible customer service experience there - I quickly thereafter purchased a new 4Runner and am thrilled! More

They were able to offer a similar deal with no hassle and honesty. It took me less than a few hours and my decision was made. A few days later, I picked up my shiny brand new white Toyota! Matt the salesman was kind, helpful and very patient with me thru the process. He took his time and was extremely polite and courteous.
