Jesse Gutierrez Is an unscrupulous sales person. His commitment to customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced at a dealership. He lied about having access to a vehicle that he sent me documentation on. He led me to believe that I would have the vehicle to me in a couple of days only to find out he was lying all along. He provided me with the ViN as if he had the car on its way. Well it never came and he did not have the decency to inform me that he could not get it nor tell me who had the vehicle. I had to search the internet to locate the exact vehicle he told me he had was at a dealership in San Diego. Don’t believe a word he says. He is the worst salesman and I will be informing GM of his unscrupulous practices. More
