Check in was fine. Directed to waiting room. Received video of inspection and saw my truck pulled into lanes at 3:40. No advisor came out to speak to me and at 4:10, I Directed to waiting room. No explanation of service, no option to correct findings from my inspection and no reason why I waited 30 min after vehicle was done!! This dealership and this service manager are nothing but liars! Told us we needed to replace our entire fuel system ($32k) because of fuel contamination! We took it to a certified diesel mechanic, they test liars! Told us we needed to replace our entire fuel system ($32k) because of fuel contamination!
