They offered a 10 day hold on check to pay the car in full so we could transfer money into our account then tried to cash it immediately. the check obviously bounced causing late charges and upset. Called to get an explanation and never heard from them. Customer service is non existent. Once they get your money they don’t care how they treat you. Shop at another dealer. More
