Had a very unpleasant experience once we got in the dealership, our sales person Jose was very polite and was ready to help us, once we started discussing trade-in values Gary Reed became involved and dealership, our sales person Jose was very polite and was ready to help us, once we started discussing trade-in values Gary Reed became involved and everything went south from there. Gary was very abrasive and rude, we got up and walked out. He was very pushy and when it came to our trade in (which we towed in with a damaged transmission from a recall defect) he basically didn't want the vehicle due to the unknown time to get replacement parts. He was more concerned about his depreciation loss due to the vehicle sitting in service for an unknown amount of time. It's sad GM is not taking care of their customers in a better way, especially with these expensive HD trucks, parts could be 3-6 month out...crazy!!! We ended up buying a new truck several days later with Milton Barnes. He was easy to work with, however now the new truck is going in for service as the roof is leaking water on the center console after 7 days of driving it off the lot. We will try to sell the truck with the replacement transmission when it is fixed and eat the costs of the truck not working like it was purchased for. Maybe time to look at a different brand. So far everyone in the service department has been good and easy to work with, just issues with part availabilities. No one stocks parts anymore to keep you on the road, they don't want to carry inventories which costs them money. More
