I went to Honda in early December 2024 to inquire about the Pilot vehicle. I do not remember the salesperson that approached me that day, but I explained to him I was going to all dealerships in the Brando the Pilot vehicle. I do not remember the salesperson that approached me that day, but I explained to him I was going to all dealerships in the Brandon area to see all 17 vehicles I had on my list, then narrow the list for purchase. I cannot recall his name, but he totally ignored me because he showed no interest or pointed out any of the features on the pilot. I was waiting on GMC/Buick to get back to me with news regarding a vehicle I was interested in, however the vehicle I chose was in transit. While I was waiting for the vehicle to arrive, in January 2025 I decided to stop at Honda once again but this time I wanted someone else to assist me, which I was placed with Jose Ramos. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I test drove the Pilot Touring and fell in love with the vehicle. He took the time to listen and explain everything to me. I did not feel rushed at any time. I definitely would recommend Jose Ramos for any transactions or concerns. Frank Diaz from finance is awesome. He took the time to explain the contract and was collaborating with me to get the best bank to accept my deal which the interest rate was awesome. The first time I went to Honda I had an unpleasant experience; however, Jose Ramos changed my way of thinking from negative to positive about Honda.
