Met by Joe Oliveira at end of day. Joe was exceptional. No pressure. Very pleasant even going past his shift time. Pouring rain. It didn’t bother him that we asked to bring the same car back a couple of times. He let my son and I have time to discuss things on our own but was available to answer any of our questions. Joe respected any choices/decisions we were making and he truly was exceptional from the moment we walked in until our departure. Joe certainly made our experience at Colonial Ford pleasurable, even at the end of an exhausting day of car shopping. Truly a great guy! More

Dealer has not responded to a promised issue at the time of the sale (providing a 2nd key) that was supposed to be done the week after I bought the vehicle . Sold me the car then I dropped off the face of the earth as far as they are concerned. I'm frustrated and disappointed. More
