Met by Joe Oliveira at end of day. Joe was exceptional. No pressure. Very pleasant even going past his shift time. Pouring rain. Kept us dry by bringing cars into the service area Joe was exceptional. No pressure. Very pleasant even going past his shift time. Pouring rain. Kept us dry by bringing cars into the service area while he ran back and forth from the lot to retrieve our choices. Not once putting any pressure on how late it was getting. It didn’t bother him that we asked to bring the same car back a couple of times. He let my son and I have time to discuss things on our own but was available to answer any of our questions. Joe respected any choices/decisions we were making and he truly was exceptional from the moment we walked in until our departure. Joe certainly made our experience at Colonial Ford pleasurable, even at the end of an exhausting day of car shopping. Truly a great guy! More

Salesperson Joe Oliveira was incredible to work with while my mother and I were shopping for her new car. I worked with Joe (Jose) and Brendan. Joe was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. He took the time to walk me through and have me test drive each truck. He also took my truck to get cleaned and get the cigarette smell out of it (which worked like a charm). Everything was ready when he said it would be and all expectations were exceeded. I also worked with Brendan in Finance, who made the process smooth and easy, and also managed to get me an even lower rate the day I came in to get the car. All in all, I had a great experience working with Joe and Brendan and would recommend both of them. More

Dealer has not responded to a promised issue at the time of the sale (providing a 2nd key) that was supposed to be done the week after I bought the vehicle . I was then forced to visit the dealer face to face on Saturday, got a promise that I would get a call on Monday, that came and went. Sold me the car then I dropped off the face of the earth as far as they are concerned. I'm frustrated and disappointed. More
