My experience with Jose was fantastic- very personable, energetic and outgoing - it was refreshing dealing with a salesperson with an amiable and outgoing personalities actually listened to me and went out energetic and outgoing - it was refreshing dealing with a salesperson with an amiable and outgoing personalities actually listened to me and went out of his way to meet my car buying needs. He represents the best Longo has to offer. Just a quick note, this was my third Toyota purchased from Longo- My first purchased being made in 1981. Still great service without the xx. More

My whole experience was positive. From the initial communication to my drive off. Jose was not who i began my purchase with but he was extremely helpful and made the purchase enjoyab From the initial communication to my drive off. Jose was not who i began my purchase with but he was extremely helpful and made the purchase enjoyable. Even at the end when I noticed two imperfections with the vehicle. One most likely just overlooked and the second due to the seat being occupied. Jose assured me that these imperfections would be corrected at time of my next/first service. I will definitely drive the 1 hour to visit Longo Toyota rather than my local Toyota dealer due to the fact that my experience was so positive. More

Excellent vehicle selection. Excellent sales support. Unfortunately they are still using a redundant, sluggish and archaic checkout process. First was a Tesla with everything done quickly and online. Spent less than 5 minutes at the dealer. Second was from CarMax and it took about 30 minutes to purchase the vehicle. It took close to three hours to buy a car at Longo (without financing). More
