I was in town on vacation from North West Florida when I noticed my oil was low in my dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7 liter Hemi Engine. Customer service is not helpful or patient, also Jose the service representative did not allow me to see what was wrong with vehicle, additionally he also refused to allow me to speak with mechanic. I did no service representative did not allow me to see what was wrong with vehicle, additionally he also refused to allow me to speak with mechanic. I did not trust Jose or the supposed issued mechanic said car had. Turns out the car had a much cheaper issue then what Jose had said. If I would have trusted Jose i would have lost several hundreds of dollars. Now I wonder if he knew all along or not since he was so quick to get rid of me as a customer. More
