We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. It took a number of trips to the dealer but finally we we needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. It took a number of trips to the dealer but finally we were able to get the handle replaced. Jose and Spencer were very patient with us during the process and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them. More
