Jose Larios was awesome. We originally came in a nd worked with Alan, but eventually Jose took over for us. We bought a used F350. After we bought it there were several little things that were wrong that we missed when originally looked at the vehicle. Jose made sure all of those things were taken care of. He was absolutely awesome. We could always get a hold of him. If you go again, ask for Jose! More

We took it in for a recalibration of collision avoidance system after a windshield company couldn’t get it done. Also there was a passenger side mirror not folding in when it shut off. After multiple calls system after a windshield company couldn’t get it done. Also there was a passenger side mirror not folding in when it shut off. After multiple calls and attempts to text advisor I finally called sales representative to find out the status on repairs. It took 48 hours to get a new battery and recalibration done. The service advisor did not communicate well at all. More
