Mr. Jose Lara was truly show professionalism from my first phone call. He explained me the whole process about the repair and cost. My car was rear ended and car was repaired in Florida. I took back my first phone call. He explained me the whole process about the repair and cost. My car was rear ended and car was repaired in Florida. I took back my car to repair shop in Florida and they suggested I should take it to Honda Dealership. The problem with my car was that kick sensor did not work. So I called Jim Coleman Honda and Mr. Lara gave me appointment right away. Service Technician checked my car thoroughly and could not find anything wrong the kick sensor and he showed me how to operate kick sensor. Mr. Jose Lara could have charge for my visit but he did not. In future, if I need any work on my Honda Odyssey Elite.....Jim Coleman Honda and Mr. Jose Lara and his team of service technician. Thank you Folks for everything. More
