Dear Mr. Jose Hernandez, As we have previously communicated via email, I would appreciate a formal response to this complaint. You may choose to respond via email, fax, or a letter. The discriminatory behavior exhibited by your employees is completely unacceptable, and it has been an experience unlike any other in my life. A face-to-face meeting is not feasible at this time.
