I am a sprinter van owner who makes deliveries all over the United States. I don't have a lot of time to coordinate service appointments. The visit was definitely worthy of a five star review, from the greeting by the first attendant to the last hand shake with the service consultant. Everyone did an awesome job. My consultant, Jose Henriquez, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, polite, and engaging. He personally made the experience exactly the way a service visit should be. The atmosphere and work environment that you and your people have created is to be commended. Other dealerships could come learn a few things from you and your team. Thanks for the great experience.
