The sales experience was just OK it was after the sale that was terrible. Don’t expect phone calls to be answered, to voicemails to be responded to or emails to be responded to. Don’t fall for the scam that they don’t have two keys for the car you are buying because all they want you to do is purchase a package to get a second key and then low and behold, that package won’t get you a second key. And don’t forget that the salesman will THREATEN you when you try to get them uphold their end of the deal. In short, stay away from this dealership even if they are giving you the car for free. The aggregation is worth it. Pay retail somewhere else for your own peace of mind. More

my visit with Hyundai of Wesley Chapel was an early morning appointment. I arrived on time about 15 minutes before my appointment which was at opening time. I was warmly greeted by an associate who informed me the morning crew was running just a bit late. At my appointment time which was 8 AM I was greeted by Jose who took my information and assured me everything would be OK. Jose also ordered me a ride home via a ride service. My vehicle pernformed as anticipated during the ride to New Orleans from Wesley Chapel. I am satisfied with the service I received and the treatment from the technicians and service representative Jose, and I will return for additional services in the future.. More
