I brought my practically brand new Nissan Rogue into the dealership as I was considering trading it for a high end car. Well, my users manual went missing during the appraisal process. They just so happened dealership as I was considering trading it for a high end car. Well, my users manual went missing during the appraisal process. They just so happened to have a newer model Nissan Rogue Platinum in their showroom. It was the only vehicle in their showroom. So needless to say, I would not recommend leaving anything of value in your car if you plan on handing the keys over to anyone that works for Atlanta Best Used Cars. I tried to get in touch with Usher, and it was his day off. I spoke to a very unprofessional woman who took a message and never got a call back. I did not do business with this business and I would definitely look at the CarFax report on any vehicle they are selling before you purchase it. More

This dealership is ok as long as you stay on top of them in the process of purchase, especially if it’s a complete online or remote transaction. I dealt with Alex Doger, who was just ok. He seemed to be a l in the process of purchase, especially if it’s a complete online or remote transaction. I dealt with Alex Doger, who was just ok. He seemed to be a little green around the edges during the whole process, but he was the only one that answered the bell when I was attempting to inquire about a vehicle. I got the run around with this dealership initially until Alex reached back out to me. Everyone else failed to return my calls or reach out to answer my questions after they stated that they would. It would be safe to assume that communication is lacking at this dealership. At the end of the day the deal got done and the vehicle purchased was as advertised. I will give some praise as the dealership did do me a solid and reimbursed me to replace my passenger side mirror and this was done through Alex. All in all I think this dealership was fair but not good. Hopefully they do better for future customers, especially for people who are making remote purchases. More
