Be careful with online listing's. They raise the price when you find the vehicle you want ,and tell you that you didn't qualify for the online discounts. I have a 700 credit score. Well I think I got an ok car, but I know I got a bad deal. The Escomilla Bros were fun to work with, except they let me drive off the lot in a car with no brake lights and a nearly dead battery. They pretended to clean the car. Obviously zero pride in their work. That fast talking finance manager Martinez, he saw me coming. My own fault I suppose. I missed my cue to say no and got sold some xxxx I didn't want or need. Could I have gone back and raised a stink? Eh, probably, but really whats the point? Its obvious they don't care, or it would have been a better experience from the jump. The hard part was, I didnt see it, in the moment. I should have taken a skeptical friend with me. I do accept responsibility as I am the adult who signed the papers. However, I won't recommend them, ever. We ended up having a poor experience here. In mid-Nov, we put down money on a used car that had been slightly damaged as it was coming off the transport truck. We agreed to buy the car on th In mid-Nov, we put down money on a used car that had been slightly damaged as it was coming off the transport truck. We agreed to buy the car on the condition that the paint and body shop fix the damage. Two weeks later, we went back and found a lousy repair job (including the seams and door jambs not even lining up properly. We advised we would not be taking possession until it was fixed properly. Two more weeks went by and my wife called to ask how things were going. We were told that the manager advised that "no more work would be done and we could take it like it was or they'd just refund our deposit via the mail." We ended up walking on the deal. I found the whole experience to be deeply dissatisfying. More
