I have had it with this dealership! I bought a Nissan, Altima 2015, in February 2016. This car is 4 years old. I had a breakdown with the car less than a year ago and transmission broke down. Both the dealership and corporate office gave me a difficult time and stress regarding this matter. Until they finally agreed to pay a portion as “due deligence”. A few months ago I brought my car back into the dealership and was presented with the fact that the car had a computer issue and needed a new system, which cost some money to replace. Just now recently, the car gets brought back in to the dealership and they diagnose it with a transmission problem (less than a year later). The dealership reports for me to call and file a claim with corporate and so I did. The car was left at the dealership for about a week, with no offer of a rental. Playing phone tag with the corporate manager to give me a call back was about six days. I finally spoke to the corporate manager today, who reports that due to the last transmission courtesy they are not willing to pay for the transmission due to the fact that it’s been 12 months and out of warranty. It has not been 12 months, and I don’t care if it’s out of warranty! So who oversees the parts that the dealership puts in?! Your telling me that a car that just had a new transmission put in less than a year ago, needs a new transmission? That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak to the corporate manger’s supervisor and he apparently is the top person to speak to. His direction was that unfortunately he doesn’t specialize in the labor of the job. But that they rely on the dealership to do the job correctly. What if the dealership didn’t do the job correctly? “Unfortunately due to out of warranty nothing they can do, and that I should contact the dealership”. Terrible, terrible dealership and customer service!!!! I’ve had a recall on this xxxxty car since the week I bought it 2016. Since the corporate and dealership have failed me for the third time, I will make my voice heard. More

Car lease to own I was unhappy with the over all service, I provided information about insurance and Jose did not show attention to detail and failed with follow afte I was unhappy with the over all service, I provided information about insurance and Jose did not show attention to detail and failed with follow after speaking with me it took a extra day to resolve issue. That is poor customer service. Additional training might be warranted for José. More

Great customer service Wow I had a great experience at Nissan 24! Everybody was so friendly and efficient. I felt like I was home. Operational Opinion In my search for a full size SUV, I went on line checking the local inventory in house and my second visit for information yielded a 2018 Nissan Muran In my search for a full size SUV, I went on line checking the local inventory in house and my second visit for information yielded a 2018 Nissan Murano which caught my eye along with a sales rep who seemed to be multi tasking. We both caught each others eye and then Jose and I sat down and discussed my needs, goals and options. From that point, Jose honed in and with professional direction shared his thoughts, went back to management. Upon his return, I had quite a few selections to choose from and at that point my goals were fulfilled and mission accomplished. From the top operational command to the grunt sales force I was looked upon professionally, given total respect and direct information to make a sound purchase.I certainly would recommend this dealership for those who want to keep things real !! More

Good but surprised at the very end Overall good experience they were able to get me a car with bad credit but the surprise money down at the very end after i signed the very last docume Overall good experience they were able to get me a car with bad credit but the surprise money down at the very end after i signed the very last document was discouraging. I was told prior my trade was enough no money down but once we went through all paperwork i was asked if i would be giving cash or check. Which i dont have at the moment so now im stuck with a loan and the car is sitting at the dealership. More

Highly recommend I was very happy with my service. Jose DaSilva was a great guy to work with. We left with a new nissan rogue and was cery happy. They worked right along side me to get my registion and didcounts. And any questions I had it took him 2 mins to respond. Jason Fereeira was great too. He helped finish off the deal. But they were so nice and caring and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and they know to go there for these sales people. They will give you whats fair but still help you meet you guidelines and the prices you are aiming for. When I need another new car I’m coming here!! More
