After negotiation and agreeing to purchase a Ford Explorer with sales rep AJ, the Sales Manager arrived said that I would need to finance the car After negotiation and agreeing to purchase a Ford Explorer with sales rep AJ, the Sales Manager arrived said that I would need to finance the car through the dealership. I replied that I had my own financing. He refused the sale. I called the following day to speak with the another sales manager. I offered to purchase the car with an all cash offer. They said they would immediately call me back. I called a two more times over the weekend. The sales rep finally said that they wanted someone who would finance the car through them and would not sell me the car. HB Ford advertised a price was not in good faith. They wasted my time and lied about their requirement to finance the car through the dealership from the start. This is by far the worst car buying experience. More
