I would like to start out by saying that I can't rate Allen Starks because I have no clue who he is.Now on to my salesman Jose Conchas. Jose worked hard for me but was not forthcoming. He is misleading w Allen Starks because I have no clue who he is.Now on to my salesman Jose Conchas. Jose worked hard for me but was not forthcoming. He is misleading with his choice of words. As far as my trade I got lowballed big time, I called Jose out on the trade price and was told take it or leave it basically. I would Like to give give 5 stars & Kudos to Richard P. in finance for cleaning up part of Jose messes. More

Maybe a little better communication between everyone would have been nice. We were told to come get the truck, it was ready. We drove 3 hours to the dealership and it wasn’t even close to being ready. T would have been nice. We were told to come get the truck, it was ready.
