The service was great, but passing the 3% charge for using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing. For many of us using a card is the only way we can manage needed repairs, so being pen using a credit card into the consumer is pretty disappointing. For many of us using a card is the only way we can manage needed repairs, so being penalized on top of that does not lean into a customer for life philosophy. More

They did a wonderful job getting me 8n to the car. My payments are due to the Impending trade in that was full of negative equity, but as experiences go, this was a very pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership, and I have already sent people there. Hopefully, they can help them have a safe, caring, and considerate experience. They truly do care about their customers. The service department is great also. It is just a wonderful place to buy your car. It is hard to trust dealerships these days, but I am glad they work hard to ensure that you can trust them. I purchased a 2025 Tucson a few weeks ago; Jorge was the sales rep I worked with, and purchasing the car from Jorge exceeded my expectations. Not only is Jorge friendly and easy to communicate with, he was sales rep I worked with, and purchasing the car from Jorge exceeded my expectations. Not only is Jorge friendly and easy to communicate with, he was patient with all my questions. He took the time to explain the new features on this Tucson, as compared to my 2017 Tucson, which I traded. There was some confusion with Warranty, and Jorge, along with Elias, took the time to ensure of a correction and I understood the differences in the warranties. I have been using the Clay Cooley of Rockwall's service dept since 2019 for my 2017 Tucson. The Service Dept, along with Jenifer, always exceeds my expectation. I have confidence in them, as well as trust my vehicle will be fixed, and issues explained so I understand.
