He went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of from the beginning with bottles of cold water, to getting the evaluator started on our trade in while he drove us to another location to get "our" car, after test driving the one on the lot, to further cleaning the outside of our new car because he didn't think the prep group cleaned one area as well as he thought it should be. The bow on the hood for pictures, when we came out of the show room was the icing on the cake. Over all experience here was pleasant. More
