We met Alex during our search for a new car in June 2025. Jeep was high on our list, and we weren't in need of being sold so much as we needed our questions answered and options delivered. Being our first time owning a car, we needed somebody we could trust who was also willing to commit the time necessary to make us feel comfortable. Alex nailed all of that. He has a wonderful personality that makes it easy to spend an entire afternoon with him looking at options. But more importantly, Alex is extremely hardworking. You might see him literally sprinting through the showroom to get a box checked. He stays in communication throughout the process via text, never fails to provide an update, and is always at least one step ahead. If you have an issue with insurance - no problem. Alex will call them himself and handle it. If you're a first-time car-buyer, consider calling Alex. He makes the entire process easy while also being likable. More

Switch and bait. I came in looking for a used Grand Cherokee in late April and was told they had a 2022 that had come in. I was told if I wanted to make sure I'd get the car, I had to leave a minimum deposit of $1,000, which I did. Shortly after, I found out they had the very same car advertised online for $30,800, almost 3 thousand dollars less. I was never given an explanation why and my salesperson said they would honor the lower price. I no longer felt comfortable doing business with this dealership and asked Mr. Pena for my deposit back. Never got a response. More
