Took my 2024 CX-5 in for its maiden service maintenance check this morning, Jorge greeted me and was extremely professional and the process went smoothly. I have not had service where they send u a video of the potential needs and issues with the vehicle. It’s actually quite nice and haven’t heard other car makers doing this but I’m for it. I would have done more of the recommended servicing but that would have been $3847 of services I still like the ability of responding and accepting services through your phone More
