I’ve been buying cars at this location since 2018, but the type of experience i had today was just a nightmare. Erik, i think you’re not a good sales person, if you were really one you would have known that when you get a customer displaying some serious buying behavior, you don’t let them like that, NO you do not pass them to a novice sales person with no experience at all….. i came there with5k down payment and had to leave with that money in my pocket. The worst dealership in the DFW I have been trying to get reimbursed for a canceled warranty for 2 years. No luck. They act like I was never in their dealership. I like the Jeep bu I have been trying to get reimbursed for a canceled warranty for 2 years. No luck. They act like I was never in their dealership. I like the Jeep but hated the experience. I pass this dealership up for service and its close to my house. More
