Unprofessional and Unwilling to work to close a sale. Never again. I was interested in a second car, and I applied for online financing to avoid any potential problems getting approved for a loan. “ Never again. You are approved” says the email from Executive Kia in Wallingford, Ct. Shortly after I received a call from a saleswoman, exclaiming how happy she was that I was approved! I told her I was after a 2012-2015 Mazda MX5, of which she didn’t have. However, she had newer ones available and said—no problem in your budget! I saw the price on her website, did the math, and the only way it adds up is with a pretty significant discount. She said the car would be sent from another dealer by 9am. I showed up at 11am, was told the car wasn’t there yet and “maybe a half hour, but have coffee, granola bar”. I admit to feeling put off, and annoyed. I stayed there and waited and waited. Then, a manager comes Over to me to check on me. I said, half jokingly, “that’s okay you’ll have to just give me a great deal”. Then came the BS spewing from the manager. “Oh, we don’t do any discounts, we are a one (high!) price store. So that means the saleswoman lied, and was baiting me so I’d love the newer car (than what I was originally after) so much that I’d up my budget. Ugh. Anyway, I did like the car, and I tried twice to buy it, and would have purchased if they had discounted $500. Yup, $500 on a $21,500 car. So, for $500, they lost a sale (at the end of the month!), lost a new customer, and now have a 1 star review here. I will tell everyone to avoid this “one price” dealer who will say whatever to get you to come in and fall in love with the car. I found the same car at another dealer for $1,000 less and no BS!!! More

Very helpful and easy experience! I originally came to the dealership just to look and test drive a Kia Sportage. This was my first time coming to a dealership to test drive a car, so I originally came to the dealership just to look and test drive a Kia Sportage. This was my first time coming to a dealership to test drive a car, so I wasn’t expecting to find my perfect match right off the bat. I was staying level headed and skeptical through out the experience. Jorge was very patient with me and never threw out forced reasons to go through with the purchase. He let the car speak for itself and only complimented what I had already experienced. I was skeptical after the test drive just because I’m cautious. I was unsure of what to compare the drive to because I’ve only ever driven my Jeep Wrangler and occasionally my mother’s Ford Escape. I told Jorge that I was unsure and I think I need to drive something else in order to compare. He was very understanding and recommended I drive a comparable SUV, the Honda CR-V. I took that vehicle for a test drive and was still unsure although I could tell a difference in the drive. I told him I would appreciate driving the Kia Sportage again in order to fully compare and make a decision. He was again very understanding and we took the Kia out again. Now that I was more comfortable and broken into driving this type of car, I was seeing myself driving this vehicle on a daily basis. I could tell that Jorge cared about me finding a car that I love as opposed to trying to sell me something I wasn’t on the market for. He was very honest, calm, and collected. I appreciate his grounded salesmanship. He helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth and showed me some of the features. Thank you! More

Best Dealership ! My husband and I have been doing business with this dealership since it was a Saturn dealership and we bought our 1998 Saturn SC2 (which our granddaug My husband and I have been doing business with this dealership since it was a Saturn dealership and we bought our 1998 Saturn SC2 (which our granddaughter now drives). The people here and the service is the best we have found. Before buying that Saturn we had purchased many new vehicles over the years. Never have we had the service and the feeling of family prior to coming here. We have not strayed from here since then. We wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. You don't find places of business like this anymore. When you do, you stick with them. More
