The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Mike, the sales manager. He was knowledgeable, personable and got us settled in a comfortable spot where John met us. Once we decided on the car and trim level, we met with Jorge, who was so calming. He was accommodating, so patient, and informed. They all stayed much past their scheduled closing time to make sure everything was all set and we were good to go. Never once complaining or making us feel rushed.
