Everything was amazing up until paying. Matthew did a great job at making sure I was attended to. But there seemed to be some miscommunication between the service reps and the ladies at the Matthew did a great job at making sure I was attended to. But there seemed to be some miscommunication between the service reps and the ladies at the cashier. I waited to be let into the room and once in there I wasn’t greeted nicely by the ladies. At one point one of them asked how many customers were left and a rep told her and she answered back “well hurry up!”. Then without a please I was told by the other lady “Can you open the door?” But I didn’t know she was talking to me since I was looking through my purse for my wallet to pay. Then she called out again “ma’am?” & I looked up and she was talking to me. Overall I understand it was the end of the day but there’s no need to be rude to fellow coworkers and especially customers. More

This was the best experience so far buying a new car. I purchased a 2025 Camry SE and I'm glad to say that this was a pleasant experience and I got a really great deal. The entire process took less time than most other car purchases I ever had which was great. No pushy sales peple. Angel, the assistant manager of Sales, was super nice. The sale rep, Jorge was great too. I got a great deal and I love the car. More

Gratefully my purchasing process experience was pleasant.
