Make Sure You Work with Jorge! I've been a customer of this dealership for a good 15 years. I've Leased and Purchased. My personal style is for the dealership to "give me your best bottom line deal". BBN always does, we make an adjustment or two, and we have a deal. The last few deals I've done have been with Jorge Campozano, who is knowledgable about his product and respects the relationship I've had with BBN. The other day I brought in my Altima as the least was to expire and was looking to lease a new Altima. Prior to my visit, we discussed over the phone my parameters and Jorge said he would get back to me with a proposal, which he did. I got to the dealership at 11 and left at 2PM with my new vehicle. Jorge is wonderful to work with and I'm happy to give him my repeat business. Also, compliments to Matt Manuele who is the Business Manager who was thorough and informative. Overall, a great experience....again! More

Please do not trust this dealership. I leased a Sentra back in early March. The reason for my decision to lease a Sentra was to turn in my Infiniti Q50 because I lost my job the day befor I leased a Sentra back in early March. The reason for my decision to lease a Sentra was to turn in my Infiniti Q50 because I lost my job the day before and I wanted to lease a cheaper car and make smaller payments. My goal was to keep payments under $300. I also had a little over a thousand that was still owed on the Infiniti and I was told this $1000 would be figured into the Sentra monthly payment. It would make sense to do this because both Infiniti and Nissan are the same bank. I left the dealership very happy and thought I got a great deal. Little did I know, the dealership lied to me. They did not role over the $1000+ that I owed on the Infiniti into the new Nissan payment. They did this in order to get me the rate of $288 which made the payment under $300. I continued to go without work from March – mid June, taking home unemployment wages which were 60% less than what I typically made per week. Come April I received a statement saying that I owed the $1000+ to Infiniti. This was news to me. At this point I had very little money to my name and while I was able to make car payments for my new lease, I was unable to make payments to Infiniti. In April, I called the dealership and talked to my sales guy, Jorge. I told him that I was in a horrible position because I was unemployed and now not able to pay back Infiniti. He said there was nothing they could do, he did not apologize for the horrible situation he and his team put me in, and he said he would call me back once he talked to his manager and then never called me back. Come early May, my Infiniti account went into collections. This is the first time ever – all of my life – that I could not make payments. I even talked to Infiniti and they said it was foolish and a mistake that the dealership did not role together the payments and they agreed this happened so that the dealership could offer me the lower payment and get me to sign the new lease agreement. During the financial review of my new Nissan lease documents, it was not explained to me that I still owed Infiniti. I finally started making payments to the collection agency this month but my credit has suffered, and I will likely never be able to lease another Infiniti. My plan was to lease another Infiniti after I recouped financially in a couple years. I had leased three Infinitis in a row and never missed a payment. Don’t trust this dealership! Make sure you ask every question, cover every base. They will do everything they can to get you to sign the lease even if it involves lying to you. More
