I didn't have a negative experience anywhere, but at Grand Subaru, my experience with Jorge Calvillo as a salesperson and with the entire team in general - from the sales department to the service department and figuring out a trade in value on my Outback - stood out as incredibly positive from start to finish. Jorge was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish.
