The experience that I had was very poor. I had worked with Jorge regarding a lease of a car, and at first it seemed like he was communicative. The car was not physically at the dealership ye I had worked with Jorge regarding a lease of a car, and at first it seemed like he was communicative. The car was not physically at the dealership yet but he told me to come in and speak to him and test drive. It took a very long time for him to "find a car" for me to test drive. After all said and done, he told me he would reach out soon to give me updates. 10 days went by and no response. I ended up going in a different direction and when I reached out to him regarding the disappointment, he gave me an excuse of him going out of the country. When I called Lexus to speak to the manager, they transferred me 4 times to different people and none of them could help me. The overall service was bad, I would not recommend anybody coming here. More

They sold me a repainted car as brand new. Lexus North America basically told me that they can’t do anything about the dealership refusal to address the fact that they sold me a repainted car. Lexus North America basically told me that they can’t do anything about the dealership refusal to address the fact that they sold me a repainted car. So, I was forced to negotiate a replacement TX which ended up costing me 2,000 dollars more. The dealer management disrespected me and ask me to leave the dealer without any solution. I felt I was dealing with a low level used car dealership. Very unlikely I ever recommend the dealer to anyone nor Lexus brand. More
