I recently bought a car from this dealership, and while the staff was friendly and helpful, I can’t fully recommend them. They require a $3,000 package with every car purchase, which felt unnecessary and i the staff was friendly and helpful, I can’t fully recommend them. They require a $3,000 package with every car purchase, which felt unnecessary and inflated the total cost. While they claimed it covered various add-ons, it didn’t seem worth the price. In the end, I bought the car because it was the one I wanted, but I wasn’t happy with the added fee. After 3 weeks with the car, said they could not recreate the problem. Still is a issue. Two months of frustration. Will not be back nor will I recommend to anybody.. More

With that said, what happen to me needs careful consideration prior to visiting CDJR of Leesburg. We found the car my wife wanted on their website and was excited to pursue. I worked with the internet sales mgr, Jordan Hayes and salesman Guido Marin over the phone and text for a couple of days prior to taking a seven-hour road trip to purchase the car. Guido had mentioned the car was being held for me with "Hold" in the windshield and pulled to back of dealership. 30 min prior to my arrival, I msg him as instructed to allow him time to pull the car around for us to drive. When I arrived, I noticed another salesman showing the car?? I was met by Guido and proceeded to go inside for meet and greet and then given the keys for a test drive. Upon returning, I was approached by Jordan Hayes (sales mgr) and was informed that they sold the car while I was out test driving it.. Incredible......Not in the people business, just numbers. I feel they used me to make Max profit and financing from the other buyer. "Beware" ...it's a dealership with a rat infestation and more negative reviews than KFC. The worst part: The sales mgr offered me an Amazon gift card and a tank of gas for my trouble..LMAO. I will continue to post on other sites to try and spare folks some misery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! !!! Untruthful and absolutely two-faced. Jordan was completely unhelpful and blamed Stelantis (Dodge/Ram) for the way they lure customers into the dea !!! Untruthful and absolutely two-faced. Jordan was completely unhelpful and blamed Stelantis (Dodge/Ram) for the way they lure customers into the dealership with false advertising. They pulled every “rebate” and discount out of thin air, made up their own, and combined them in a way that isn’t even possible to show prices thousands of dollars cheaper than other dealerships. Example: $4000 discount for a leased vehicle. $3000 discount for a financed vehicle. This equals $7000 discount off of MSRP even thought no one finances and leases a vehicle. 🤌🏽👍🏽 great job guys. He went above and beyond trying to find out what was wrong with my car. He stayed in contact with me I never once had to call him or text him. This young man deserves a bonus or a raise.
