The body shop at this dealership is a NIGHTMARE! The receptionist is rude and always confused. Bryan Stier never answers his phone and does not give updates and Mike the manager is just awful. They have had my car over 3 months and when I called today to get an update they Finally said it was done just needed to be detailed. When I got there my car was a mess!!! Fish eyes in the paint, scratches in the grille and my hood looks like a rag covered in rocks washed it. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to walk around my car with me I just left. Terrible place terrible service terrible people More
